Does anything change before I click Apply?
No. Building a campaign and previewing it only read prices. Product prices change when you apply it, and not before.
How does rollback work?
Before a campaign writes anything, SalePilot records every price it is about to change. Rolling back restores those exact values. Products edited by hand after the campaign ran are reported as conflicts and left alone, unless you choose to force the rollback.
How do scheduled sales work in Pro?
Pick a start and end time. SalePilot writes the sale price together with WooCommerce's own sale dates, so WooCommerce switches the sale on and off exactly as it does for a sale scheduled by hand.
I have thousands of products. Will it time out?
No. The preview loads page by page and applying runs in small background batches through Action Scheduler, which ships with WooCommerce. A batch that dies half-way is picked up again automatically.
How do I upgrade from the free version?
After checkout you receive the Pro plugin and a licence key by email. Upload Pro under Plugins, activate it and enter the key. The free version is switched off automatically, and your campaign history carries over.
What does the licence cover?
One site, with updates and support while the licence is active. If it ends, Pro keeps working on the version you have installed; renewing brings updates and support back.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If SalePilot Pro is not right for your store, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying.
